Hang on,,and never give up

When my wife was diagnosed with cancer in the ovary in 2003, my wife new life would be short. We had the ovary removed and had her undergo chemotherapy. despite those treatments my wife had a feeling the cancer will return. She live life the fullest, she played tennis and she went out to give talks to cancer patients like her, never give up and never surrender. Live life to the fullest. On January of 2005 she was already admitted to the hospital because the cancer cells had spread all over her body. She kept herself busy preparing for the inevitable, she designed the clothes she would wear, she wanted balloons on her burial. She wanted happy songs to be sang and not sad songs. She said, i have always been a happy person, so even in death i want people to feel who i really am. she wrote letters to all her friends and to those she had offended and ask for forgiveness. June 15 in the morning she prayed a long solemn prayer and i knew she was already praying for herself. and around 11 am in the morning,she ask me to sit beside her in bed and ask me for the last time to kiss her,i kiss her with so much tears in my eyes, she held my hand and told her to stay with her. and she closed her eyes and around 12.30 noontime she died. She never gave up and live life to the fullest.. The picture that you see.. was taken December 2004 ..six months before she died, she never should signs of giving up and she really live a happy life..
